Acceptance of Terms

By using Rallip, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

Rallip provides a business operating system for tracking sales, orders, payments, inventory, expenses, customer relationships, support conversations, and other business operations through a web-based application.

EvAI and AI Providers

EvAI is an optional AI agent module that can help with business analysis, customer support, knowledge-base answers, and approved agent actions. Your organization controls whether EvAI is enabled, which permissions it has, which API keys it can use, and which model provider is selected.

If you connect a third-party AI provider key, including providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Kimi, OpenRouter, OpenCode-compatible services, Zen-compatible services, or similar providers, you authorize Rallip to send the prompts, selected business context, tool results, and knowledge-base content needed to complete EvAI requests to that provider. That provider’s own terms, privacy policy, retention rules, billing, service limits, and model training policies apply. Rallip does not control and cannot guarantee how a third-party provider handles data you choose to send through your own provider key.

If you use an Rallip-hosted model, Rallip processes the AI request on infrastructure we control. We do not use your business data, prompts, knowledge-base content, customer support conversations, or EvAI responses to train AI models unless you give us separate explicit permission.

Account and API Key Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, public API keys, EvAI provider keys, and any third-party provider accounts you connect. You are also responsible for granting only the scopes, origins, and permissions that each user, agent, or integration needs.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Rallip only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the service, EvAI, public API keys, or connected providers for illegal, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized activity.

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Rallip. We do not claim ownership rights over your business data, knowledge-base content, customer records, support transcripts, or operational records.

Limitation of Liability

Rallip is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI responses can be incomplete or inaccurate, and you are responsible for reviewing important recommendations, financial analysis, customer communications, and actions before relying on them. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the service to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the application or via email.
